Connect Forms to Google Sheets, Slack, Notion and More
A Google Sheets integration for form responses, Slack notifications for your team, Zapier automation and more. Connect EesyForm to eight tools with no code.
Copy-pasting answers from your form into a spreadsheet gets old by the second submission. Say you want a Google Sheets integration: forms filled in on your website can drop every answer into a spreadsheet row all by themselves. That is exactly what EesyForm's built-in integrations do. There are eight of them, they need no code, and setup is as simple as pasting a URL or key.
Why connect forms to Google Sheets, Slack, and more?
Because nobody started a business dreaming about copy-paste. When your form talks to your other tools directly:
- You stop moving data by hand, which saves real time every week.
- Typos from retyping disappear, because nothing is retyped.
- Nothing gets forgotten at 5pm when someone is too tired to update the sheet.
- Your team sees replies in places they already look, like chat or a dashboard.
Each completed submission flows onward by itself, moments after it arrives.
The eight built-in integrations
Here is the full line-up, with what each one does and when it shines. Step-by-step setup guides for all of them live in our integrations docs.
Zapier: send each submission almost anywhere
A Zapier integration turns your form into a source for thousands of other apps. Every submission is forwarded to Zapier's catch hook, and from there you can route it to whatever app you like: a task manager, an email tool, an accounting service, you name it. Pick this when your app is not on the list below.
Slack: notifications right in your team channel
Want Slack notifications when forms come in? This integration posts a neat, formatted message to a channel of your choice for each submission, using something called an incoming webhook URL. Great for sales teams who want to pounce on new enquiries, or anyone whose team lives in chat.
Google Sheets: every response becomes a row
The classic. With this integration, each response is appended to a spreadsheet as a new row through an Apps Script Web App URL. Your sheet stays live and current without anyone touching it. Perfect for reports, shared visibility, and anyone who thinks best in columns.
HubSpot: contacts that stay current
Every submission can create or update a contact in HubSpot automatically, using a private app access token. New lead becomes a contact; a returning person gets their record refreshed instead of duplicated. Handy once marketing and sales both depend on the same list.
Salesforce: leads arrive ready to work
This one sends lead-shaped payloads to a Salesforce webhook URL, meaning each submission arrives packaged the way Salesforce expects leads to look. Your sales team opens their pipeline and the new enquiry is already sitting there.
Mailchimp: subscribers added for you
Grow your mailing list on autopilot. Using an API key plus an audience list id, each respondent can be added straight to your Mailchimp audience. An API key is just a secret password one program uses to talk to another. No more exporting and reimporting names every Friday.
Notion: replies filed in your database
If you plan or take notes in Notion, this integration saves each response as an entry in a Notion database, using an integration token and database id. Feedback and sign-ups end up next to the rest of your work instead of in a silo.
Airtable: records created automatically
Airtable fans, this one is yours. Each submission becomes a new record in the base and table you choose, created with a personal access token. It is a lovely fit for content calendars, project trackers, and lightweight databases built around what people tell you.
How setup works, generally
The pattern is the same every time, which keeps things calm:
- Open your form's settings.
- Choose the integration you want.
- Paste in the URL, key, or token you copied from the other tool.
- Save. Done. Submissions start flowing on their own.
You never write code and never touch a server. For exact clicks in each tool, follow the matching guide in our integrations docs.
What if your tool is not on the list?
Then plain webhooks have your back. Paste any URL into your form settings and every completed submission arrives there as JSON data automatically. Our guide to form webhooks and email alerts explains how those work, wax seal and all.
And remember the data always stays yours. You can export responses to CSV at any moment, and when answers pile up, AI survey analysis helps you make sense of them without reading every row.
Frequently asked questions
Do integrations require coding?
No. All eight work by pasting a URL, key, or token from the other tool into your form's settings. If you can copy and paste, you can set them up. Detailed walkthroughs are in the integrations docs.
What is an incoming webhook URL?
It is a private address that one app creates so another app can deliver messages to it, like a loading dock reserved just for your deliveries. You create it in Slack or Zapier, paste it into EesyForm, and submissions start arriving there.
Which integration should I start with?
Pick where you want to see the data. Choose Google Sheets if you like spreadsheets, Slack if your team wants instant pings, or Mailchimp if collecting subscribers is the goal. If your target app is not built in, start with Zapier or a plain webhook.
What exactly gets sent to my tools?
Each integration fires when someone completes your form, passing along the answers from that submission so the other tool receives fresh, complete data rather than half-finished attempts.
