Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EesyForm ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to collect or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security, or interfere with other users' forms. Forms that collect sensitive personal data (for example, health or financial information) must comply with all applicable laws, including obtaining respondent consent.

Some features (such as removing EesyForm branding) are available on paid plans. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the forms, questions, themes and response data you create or collect ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of Your Content and for complying with any laws applicable to the data you collect.

AI-assisted features (form generation, insights, sentiment analysis and lead scoring) are provided as-is. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. Content you submit to AI features is processed by the AI provider configured for your workspace.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by EesyForm and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may export your data before the account is closed.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EesyForm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
