• Account information — name and email address when you sign up (via email OTP or passkey).
• Form content — the forms you create, your themes and settings, and the responses submitted to your forms.
• Payment data — when you use paid features, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We never store your card details.
• Usage data — technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
• AI processing — if you use AI-assisted features (form generation, insights, sentiment analysis), the relevant content is sent to the AI provider you configure. You are responsible for not submitting sensitive data you don't want processed.

• To operate, maintain and improve the platform.
• To send you transactional emails (one-time codes, form notifications, webhook alerts).
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To respond to support requests and legal obligations.

You own the data collected through your forms. EesyForm acts as a processor for that data. It is your responsibility to ensure your forms comply with applicable privacy laws (for example, GDPR or CCPA), including providing respondents with a privacy notice and obtaining consent where required. We may share response data with third-party services (such as webhooks or integrations) only as you configure them.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your forms at any time. Contact us to request account deletion or a copy of your data.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as session management) and to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

EesyForm integrates with third-party services you choose — payment providers (Razorpay), email delivery (e.g. Brevo), AI providers, and webhook destinations. Their use of your data is governed by their own policies.
