Track Form Responses and See What Really Works
Track form responses in one simple inbox and see totals, completion rates, drop-off points, and trends over time. Free to start on EesyForm.
Collecting answers is only half the job. The other half is knowing what they mean. With EesyForm you can track form responses in one tidy place, then use simple charts to see which questions work and which ones lose people.
No spreadsheets, no exports just to check yesterday. Everything lives right next to your form.
Every submission lands in your responses inbox
Each form you build gets its own responses inbox. It is a simple list showing every person who submitted the form, newest first. Open it any time to see who replied and what they said.
This inbox is included free on every plan, including the free one. Your answers are never locked away behind a paywall just so you can look at them.
Click any response for the full story
Want the details? Click a response and everything about that submission opens up, including the metadata. Metadata just means small facts about the reply itself:
- Time submitted. Exactly when the person sent it.
- Status. Whether it is completed, in progress, or abandoned.
The inbox stays easy to manage too. Delete test entries or spam replies with a couple of clicks, and filter the list to find specific responses fast instead of scrolling forever.
The summary view shows what really happened
Reading replies one by one tells you about people. The summary view tells you about the form itself. Think of it as a friendly survey results dashboard with four big pieces:
- Totals. How many people started and how many finished.
- Completion rate and drop-off. The share of people who finished, plus exactly where people quit.
- Charts per question. A quick picture of how each question was answered.
Together these turn guesswork into plain facts. You stop wondering why sign-ups dipped last week and start seeing it.
Abandoned attempts tell their own story
Many form tools only show you finished submissions. EesyForm also tracks abandoned ones — partial attempts that went stale without submitting stay visible, tagged as "Abandoned."
That matters more than it sounds. If lots of people quit at your third question, that question is probably scaring them off. Maybe it asks for too much. Maybe the wording confuses them. Fix that one spot and your completion rate climbs without changing anything else.
A good fix for scary questions is asking fewer of them, or only when needed. Our guide to conditional logic forms shows how to show questions only to the people they apply to.
What comes free, and what comes with Pro
Here is the honest breakdown. The response inbox, where every submission lands, is included free. So are the everyday tools around it: viewing full details, deleting test or spam replies, and filtering.
Deeper analytics, such as drop-off charts, are highlighted as part of Pro. We would rather tell you plainly than bury the details in tiny print.
Either way, your raw data is yours to keep. When you want to dig in further, export form responses as CSV and open them anywhere you like. You can find setup help any time in our docs.
Start watching what works
Set up a form, share the link, and open the responses inbox after your first few submissions come in. Even ten replies can reveal a pattern. Over time, the summary view becomes a habit: check totals, glance at drop-off, fix the weak question, repeat. Small changes like these add up to noticeably better results.
Frequently asked questions
What does drop-off mean?
It means the exact point where people give up before finishing. Drop-off charts show which question loses the most people, so you know what to fix.
Can I delete test or spam responses?
Yes. Any response can be deleted from the inbox in a couple of clicks, keeping your list clean.
What is the difference between completed, in progress, and abandoned?
Completed means the person finished and submitted. In progress means they started and are still active. Abandoned means they stopped partway through — a draft with no activity for more than 24 hours counts as abandoned in your totals and drop-off charts.
Do I need to pay to see my responses?
No. The response inbox is included free on every plan. Deeper analytics like drop-off charts and trends are highlighted as part of Pro.
